How we run remodeling projects in Ocala

Every project starts with a design visit at your home and a written estimate that lists the scope, the materials and the allowances for anything not yet chosen. We pull the permits with the City of Ocala or Marion County, schedule the inspections and run the trades in the right order. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, you see it, we explain the options and you approve a written price before we proceed.

At the end, we walk the finished space with you and close out the punch list. Financing is available for qualified homeowners through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval.
